Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving has always been a favorite Holiday of mine.  It's usually so much more relaxed than Christmas, in my family at least.  Besides, who doesn't love a holiday that revolves solely around food and being thankful?  This year I'm thankful for alot of things... being able to stay home with Jace during the main part of the day, having a convenient job, having most of my family and friends nearby,  having everything we need and more, having a happy, silly, good natured baby who now sleeps through the night (woo hoo!)... I'm sure I could go on for a while about Jace!

This is Jace's second Thanksgiving, last year he was only 13 days old.  We spent last Thanksgiving at my Aunt Becky's house.  It was the first time since having Jace that I actually blow dried my hair and left the house.  I was starting to feel like a normal person again, and I was starting to get a little more used to Jace and his needs.  I still remember that night really well, because it was the first night our new family felt real.  Jace wore a sleeper from his Aunt Dana that had turkey's all over it and said "My First Thanksgiving"... the feet said "Little" "Turkey" on the bottoms of them.

Last year was great, but I'm looking forward to an even better time this year.  Happy Thanksgiving!
